How To Use
- Dab a small amount of thethe SAEM® Saemmul Mousse Candy Tint in the center of your bottom lip using the applicator
- Gently press your lips together for color to adhere on the top lip
- For gradation effect, tone-down with concealer or foundation. Gently dap the center of lips and blend well with a fingertip
- For best result, do not touch for 5mins after applying
